Karr Yip is a multi-talented designer who has studied architecture and fine art in CUHK, RCA London, and Harvard GSD. With over 15 years of experience, Karr well integrates Branding, Marketing, Technology, and Design with Creative Business Strategy. Karr’s works covered architecture, public artworks, products, and apps. For every project, by deeply study the cultural-historical background, Karr transforms the core values into new ideas.

Karr has successfully designed over hundred of projects with over 30 awards included FRAME Award, HKYDTA Award, HK 10 Outstanding Designer award, New York Interior Design Award, China 10 most influencing designer award, DFAA Award, A’ Design Award, ARROW Design Award, JCD Design Award, GDA Award…etc

Karr’s sisters and wife all had been full time serving NGOs. Therefore, he has a particular interest in helping NGOs. He found that most organizations have operation & heritage problems. So Karr tries to design a one-stop app system SOSOC for global NGOs on cultural sustainability issues.
